• Full Design Package : if your house is still in the designing stages or just started construction this package is suitable for you, our interior design and architectural teams coordinate together along with suppliers, and contractors. We study the initial plans making sure that every electrical socket and every window & door opening is perfectly consistent with the best furniture layout to provide the optimal use of the space. This design package includes a full study of; furniture layout, movement circulation within the space, as well ceiling design, walls treatments, flooring, lighting, power sockets, bathrooms design, fixtures selection, finishes specifications, details and shop drawings, colors and materials coordination, all the way to the final touches including soft furnishing and every single detail such as curtains designs, cushions, and accessories placements, to give you a space with unparalleled harmony.

• Standard Design Package : this package is customized for clients who have already finished their house but seeking uplifting the space with some mild modifications which does not intersect with construction and fixtures, this package includes a full study of furniture layout, false ceiling design, walls treatments, lighting, finishes specifications, details and shop drawings, colors and materials coordination, all the way to the final touches including soft furnishing and every single detail such as curtains designs, cushions, and accessories placements.

• Soft Furnishing & Staging Design Package : this package is perfect for clients with a ready to move-in house but they don’t know how to furnish it and looking forward to get the best of the space, we focus on the furniture selection and the color coordination, this package might include suggestions and selections of wall treatments such as paint color, wallpaper… with this package we devote our skills to give you a space perfectly coordinated paying attention to final touches and staging such as curtains designs, cushions, and accessories placements

• Staging Package : Professional and experienced assistance with the selection of qualified General Contractors or Construction Managers. This includes the preparation of competitive bid packages, review of bids, recommendations for award of bids, preparing owner-contractor agreements, and construction administration.

• Hourly Rated Services : this package is designed for customers who require help with arranging the space and the color coordination, we will devote our time to you, listening to your needs and understanding your requirements and we will give you instant ideas of how to arrange your space. We will provide some sketches, and color coordination charts that can bring your space to the next level with minimum effort and hassle free.

• Procurement Service : In addition to the above and if your space requires additional furniture pieces and accessories, we can assist by lifting up the draining task. We will quest for the best items that suits your space and budget and make a procurement list for you all you have to do is escorting us and pay for your new wonderful pieces that will make your space look like a page from a magazine.
